TUITION:

All tuition must be paid by our automated system.

Payment is due regardless of a student’s absence.

You must sign up for automatic withdrawal with a Credit Card/E-Check when you register. (CC has 5% office fee)

Any declined credit card payment will incur a $12 late fee

There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks and or E - checks that are returned.

There is a $15 late fee for payments not completed by the 5th of the month

You must come to the front desk if you are no longer going to take class at D2M. You must turn in a written letter on or before the 20th of the preceding month you wish to stop payments. We will continue to charge you until you have submitted letter. NO PHONE DROPS WILL BE ALLOWED. Emails are accepted.

Each student is required to pay an annual registration fee of $40.00 per dancer or $60.00 per family. Registration fees are NON - REFUNDABLE

In order to register for a class, payment of the registration fee, 1st month’s tuition and systems sign up must be complete.

The front desk must be notified when changing, adding, or dropping a class

D2M reserves the right to refuse service to any student with an unfavorable payment history and or not following our studiopolicies

DRESS:

Dancers need to arrive to class dressed properly — hair tied back, shoes, leotard etc. No baggy clothes that will prevent the instructor from seeing the body alignment — exceptions for hip hop. Dancers arriving to class in inappropriate or revealing clothing will not be permitted to dance that day.

FOOD:

Please, no food, drinks or gum are allowed in the dance rooms. Water is always allowed.

ARRIVAL TIME:

All classes begin exactly on time. Please plan to arrive to class early with a few minutes to spare. Any student arriving later than 15 minutes from the beginning of class time will not be permitted to dance. This is strictly a safety issue as a student could suffer serious injury if they have not properly stretched.  It is also disruptive to the instructor and other students to have class interrupted to accommodate a late student.

*STUDENTS MAY NOT BE DROPPED OFF EARLIER THAN THEIR SCHEDULED CLASS TIME OR PICKED UP LATER THAN 10 MIN. ANY STUDENT ABUSING THEIR TIME WILL INCUR A FEE.

OBSERVING:

Every room has a window and seating area where parents may conveniently view the dance class and the instruction of their dancer.

MAKEUP POLICY:

Each week students are to attend the class(es) they are enrolled in. In the instance a dancer misses a class due to illness or other circumstances, he/she may do a make-up class.

Make-up classes are available August – December.  Not all classes will have make-up options available.  Call for availability.

Make-ups must be used within 30 days of absence. Dancer must be a current student to attend any make-up classes.

Make-ups are NOT available January– June as classes are working on specific choreography in preparation for their recital performances.

D2M reserves the right to turn away unscheduled make-ups.  Credits or refunds will not be given for classes not made up.
